Abstract

This protocol describes the step of lysate distribution from tubes into 96-well plates, before DNA extraction and is part of the metabarcoding protocol of the LeeseLab on the Pipetting Robot Hamilton Vantage. In this step the samples are replicated. If an inhibitor removal of the samples is performed, this step is omitted.
